Minimum Order Value
For first time distributors of 3G Medical Limited (3G) the minimum order value is £1,000. New customers will be placed on Proforma until total orders invoiced exceeds £5,000. Once customers have reached the £5,000 expenditure they will be placed on 30-day net account providing they have completed a credit application form and have been approved by 3G.
How to place an order
All orders must be initiated through a valid purchase order. Submit your purchase order by email to firstname.lastname@example.org. You will receive a reply acknowledging receipt of your order. If no reply is received within 4 business hours, please call 020 8123 5346
Products or goods purchased from 3G shall only be sold at the manufacturer’s suggested retail price (MSRP). In the event the Wholesale Account chooses to place the products or goods for sale at a discount, the Wholesale Account shall not discount the products more than 15% below MSRP. Permission for special sale events beyond the 15% discount by the Wholesale Account must be requested in writing and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
All prices are listed in pound sterling. All authorised distributors will receive pricing according to the Distributor Price List as amended from time to time, plus the cost of shipping. Prices are subject to change without notice, but we will endeavour to provide advance notice of any change in wholesale pricing and/or MSRP.
Returns must be made by sending an email to email@example.com within 7 days of delivery date quoting invoice number and reasons. No returns are acceptable without 3G prior approval and delivery instructions for transport. Shipping will be charged.
For any goods returned as ‘unsuitable’, there is a re-stocking charge of 15% plus shipping chargeable to customer.
3G accepts credit/debit cards (MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Maestro), PayPal and BACS/FPS payments.
All credit card payments currently do not incur a merchant fee. Credit card chargebacks incurred are subject to a £30 administration fee.
If paying via bank transfer please email us through remittance advice as proof of payment to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Net 30 Terms
Subject to Section 1 of this Agreement, you may apply for credit terms with us by filling out an application form with at least three credit references.
Shipping is not included in the cost of goods. On all orders freight will be charged separately. You will be given a clear indication of the shipping charge for each order before making payment.
Damages and Defects
Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Please contact 3G at email@example.com within 5 days of receipt of damaged or defective shipments. Returned merchandise will be replaced with new merchandise. Returned merchandise will not be accepted if it is held for more than 15 days after receipt.
Please allow at least 10-14 days from the time of your order for completion of items. Larger orders may require more time; please contact us for information about availability. We will contact you if you place an order for out-of-stock items to confirm the expected availability and delivery schedule.
Wholesale prices and price lists of 3G’s products are confidential, and for the use of the Distributor only. Publishing or revealing the wholesale pricing of 3G’s product line outside of the business of the Distributor is strictly forbidden without prior written consent from 3G. Failure to preserve the 3G’s confidentiality in its wholesale pricing will result in the immediate and permanent termination of distributor status of the Distributor. 3G reserves the right to seek compensation for any loss or damages that would result from any breach of confidentiality.
