Returns Policy

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help!

We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Diposable hospital (privacy) curtains cannot be returned unless they are in their original, unopened packaging
  • Air Decontamination Units (ADUs) must be returned undamaged and in "as new" condition. ADUs are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
  • Returned items must be returned in original packaging
  • Items require an authorization code (RMA) before they can be returned. If your item is returned without an RMA we may not be able to process your refund

Before you start the return process, please ensure you have your order number handy. If you do not have it, please confirm the email address or phone number you used when placing your order.

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

  1. Send an email to indication:
    • Your name
    • Order number and/or email address/phone number used when placing the original order
    • Any additional information (for example, your reason for returning the item)
  2. Clearly indicate which product you are returning

Once we receive your email, we will reply with your RMA and a return label:

  1. Print the return label we send you
  2. Package the items (ensuring that the items are properly packaged to avoid damage)
  3. We strongly recommend taking out additional insurance if you return an Air Decontamination Unit (ADU). The cost for additional insurance is your responsibility. Please note that we cannot process a refund for an ADU that has been damaged in any way
  4. Send all items back to us using the label provided

Additional Information:

  • We strive to process return applications within 3 working days
  • Once a return has been received and provided the return qualifies, we will process your refund within 5 working days. Note that your credit card company or payment processor may take as much as 21 days to finalize your refund. This is outside of our control.
  • Your are responsible for taking out insurance for any returned items. 
  • If your return is lost or damaged by the carrier, we are unable to assist you. Please file a claim with your carrier - this is why we encourage insurance on higher value items.
